Maintenance of heat transfer oil furnace heater
1. Operators should receive training on energy-saving and environmentally friendly heat transfer oil electric heaters.
2. Before operation, make sure to use good and clean heat-conducting oil; if poor-quality heat-conducting oil is used, the heater will burn out the grease, the pump impeller will be worn, and the flow rate will be reduced. It will shorten the normal life of the device.
3. The temperature setting should not exceed the high operating temperature of the product.
4. Do not move the machine easily when the machine is running.
5. Do not close the inlet and outlet of cooling water and hot oil during operation.
6. When filling oil, add oil according to the position of the oil [] on the side of the fuel tank. During the initial pump cycle, special attention should be paid to the location of the oil in the tank. After the pump starts, check that there is enough oil in the tank. If the oil is not enough, continue to add oil; observe the condition of the pressure gauge.
7. Regularly check whether the parts of the energy-saving and environmentally friendly heat transfer oil electric heater are loose. Many times, if the parts are loose and continue to be used, there will be safety hazards. It can only continue to be used if it is well maintained.
